Day 3 of Movember. Have you done anything yet? Did you shave this morning? Did you register? Have you donated money? If not, why not? Think about it, srsly. And if you haven’t noticed, I’m going to keep pestering until someone leaves me a comment and says that they are doing something to support Movember. For realz.

I have been dispensing some great advice lately. People always say that because I have no life experience, aren’t successful, am not in a relationship and haven’t experienced loss, that I shouldn’t be dosing out advice. I say, well, HOLD UP a minute. I think I should be the perfect candidate for giving out advice. I mean, think about it , obviously I’m doing something right. So if you want some advice leave me a comment!

You might roll your eyes at this, but I don’t really care. I have been a fan of John Mayer for quite some time. I know I know, I thought the same thing about it when someone first told me of John Mayer’s awesomeness. I was extremely skeptical, but gave into the insurmountable pressure to let my ears be pleasured by his dulcet tones. When I did I realised how talented the dude actually is and just how easy he makes it all seem. He is able to amaze any good guitar player as well as mesmorise any 20-30 something woman (and this man). In my books that HAS to be worth some kind of mad props. Anyways, I just got his “Where the light is- Live in LA” DVD and it’s incredible. He performs as 3 seperate acts- acoustic, john mayer trio, and finally, with full band. So take your shot, I’m ready and waiting but first I want you to play Neon for me. Oh yeah that’s right…I went THERE!!!11!!!1

Sure this post it like 4 months late, but I want to retroactively warn you not to see Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. So if your loved one/actual friends say to you, “hey let’s rent out a dvd and watch it as friends/lovers”. Remember to heed this future warning and don’t get Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. You should get something like Bring it On or I Still Know You Did Last Summer instead.

Ladies and gents hear my words and hear them true- “The ability to read is a wonderful gift, do not take it for granted”. I know, seems like something that should be so ingrained into our psyche, but so much of the time it just isn’t. Be thankful that you can read this, literacy is a powerful tool and something that YOU should be thankful for. /rant. Can I just say this- the next time you go to buy bread from the local IGA supermarket MAKE SURE you read the small print that says ‘1 inch thick slices’.

ps. This was going to be a tribute to Powdered Toast Man, but I couldn’t find a hat.
